Shipping PolicyWe uses UPS as our primary carrier, because large volume of our products ship through UPS each day, we get an incredible rates with UPS that allow us to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We charge customers shipping based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for your shipping charge.
We try our best to ship every order within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST), if we encounter any problems processing your order, you'll be notified within 2 business days. In addition, We will be sending out a UPS tracking number for every order you placed, this number can be use on UPS website to keep track of your order. Shipping Q&ADo you ship international?No. We ship only in the U.S. territories due to increasing of international fraud. Can I order online if I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam? No. We ship our products only in the 48 contiguous United States. Do you ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses? No. Currently we can't accept P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. How long does it take for my order to arrive? It depend on your shipping address, usually it takes between 3-8 days, please refer to the map below. You can also use the tracking number we provide to track your order on UPS website. Can you ship my order via UPS Air service? No. Our products ship only via UPS Ground. Every product you buy from GolfShopAccessories.com is backup by a 30 day limited warranty against defects. Our warranty is a defective replacement policy that has been confirmed as defective by our suppliers, once it has been confirmed we will handle all the return fees and ship a new one with no additional charge. Other Reasons We also offer a 15 day return on all products, if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we are happy to take your return. Products returned must be: *New and unused condition *In its original packaging (original box with all the manuals, accessories) Sent it back to us within 15 days of your receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any return for damaged or incomplete returns and no returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by us. Customers are responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charge by our manufacturer. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
